We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

5.2 Client Property

You retain all rights to content, data, and materials you provide to us. By using our services, you grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5.3 Work Product

For custom development projects, ownership of deliverables will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed solutions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance.

7.2 Support

Support is provided according to your service plan. Response times vary by plan level:

  • Professional: 4-hour priority support
  • Enterprise: 1-hour SLA with 24/7 coverage
