*Marketing fee is a one-time charge per consignment, not per item. The more items you consign, the more cost-effective it becomes. For 10 items averaging $200 each, your payout would be $1,100.

Most items sell within 1โ2 weeks. Our auctions typically run 7 days, and Buy It Now listings on Shopify and eBay are active immediately. High-demand items like Pokรฉmon cards and popular Funko Pops often sell within days.
If an item doesn't sell at auction, we can re-list it at no additional cost, move it to a different platform (like eBay or Shopify), or return it to you. We'll work with you to find the best approach. You're never stuck.
Generally, we accept items valued at $50 or more. For trading cards, the minimum is $5 per card, or they can be grouped into lots. If you have a large collection of lower-value items, we can often group them into attractive lots that sell well. Not sure? Submit your items online or call us โ we're happy to evaluate for free.
Absolutely! You can set a reserve price on any item. If bidding doesn't reach your reserve, the item won't sell. Most of our lots start at $5 to attract more bidders and drive up the final price โ but your reserve protects you from selling too low.
The Basic marketing fee ($100) is a one-time charge per consignment that covers our email marketing campaigns to our active bidder and buyer list. This is how we drive traffic to your items. It's paid upfront when you drop off your items.
The fee is per consignment โ not per item. Whether you consign 5 items or 50, the Basic fee is the same $100. Higher tiers are available for more exposure, but Basic is the only required tier.

Once your items sell and the buyer's payment clears, we process your payout within 15 business days. You can choose ACH bank transfer (fastest), check, or PayPal. We'll confirm your preferred method when you drop off your items.
We appreciate items being reasonably clean, but you don't need to go overboard. We handle professional photography, detailed descriptions, and presentation. Just make sure items are complete (include all accessories if possible) and accurately represent their condition.

Yes. We maintain liability insurance for all consigned items while they're in our care. From the moment you drop off to the moment they ship to the buyer, your items are covered. We treat every consignment like it's our own collection.
We use a combination of recent sold comparables from eBay, HiBid, and other platforms, along with our team's expertise in collectibles and resale markets. For trading cards, we reference TCGPlayer and PSA population reports. You'll receive a transparent quote before committing to anything.
