📋 Consignment Agreement

Consignment Terms — Kali.J Market
This agreement is between the Consignor (you) and Kali.J Design ("KJD"), located at 1302 Monte Vista Ave Unit 20, Upland, CA 91786.
Commission & Fees
- Commission split: Consignor receives 60% of hammer price; KJD retains 40%.
- Marketing fee (Basic tier, mandatory): $100 — covers 3 targeted emails to our bidder/buyer list (auction start, midway reminder, completion notice).
- Optional higher tiers available: Standard ($300), Premium ($500), Elite ($1,000), VIP ($1,500) — each adds more marketing channels and exposure.
- Marketing fee is paid upfront at drop-off when signing this agreement.
Item Requirements
- Minimum item value: $50 per item generally. Trading cards minimum $5 each, or grouped into lots.
- Starting bids: Most lots start at $5 unless a higher starting bid is agreed.
- Reserve prices are honored if specified and agreed upon.
Platforms & Settlement
- Items may be listed on HiBid, eBay, WhatNot, Shopify, Poshmark, or other platforms chosen by KJD.
- Payment within approximately 15 business days after auction closes and all buyer payments clear.
- Payment methods: ACH bank transfer, check, PayPal, or wire transfer.
Drop-Off & Pickup
- Items must be delivered to: 1302 Monte Vista Ave Unit 20, Upland, CA 91786.
- Unsold items may be picked up within 14 days of auction close or re-listed at KJD's discretion.
Additional Terms
- AI tools may be used to assist with cataloging and valuation.
- All calls may be recorded for quality purposes.
- KJD is not responsible for items damaged during normal handling or shipping.
- Full agreement available at the showroom or upon request.
